Ciera Industries, Inc. was founded in 2010 by Richard Fraczek, an accomplished and innovative development executive dedicated to product design excellence. In addition to being awarded over one dozen U.S. patents, Richard has been developing unique, award winning programs and products for over 20 years, which are currently sold by RollEase, Hunter Douglass, Comfortex and many others.

Utilizing his extensive experience designing mechanisms, components and packaging to complement numerous product lines, Richard has developed solutions to design challenges based on unique blend of engineering, manufacturing and business experience.
